Pool construction →Renovation & Resurfacing
New plaster, new waterline tile, and modern upgrades that bring a tired or failing pool back to life.
Pool renovation →Spas & Water Features
Raised spillover spas, glass tile, and sun shelves. The details that make a pool the centerpiece of the backyard.
Spas & water features →Tier 1 Aquatics
Once your pool is built, our service division Tier 1 Aquatics keeps it running, from weekly cleaning and chemical balancing to equipment repair. One family, two companies, your pool covered for life.
The people who quote your pool are the people who build it.
Our family has called Southwest Florida home since the 1950s, and we've spent the last 30 years in the pool industry. Top Tier Pools is run by Ben and his sons, Brant and Blaine.
You won't be handed off to a sales department. The family meets you at your home, designs your pool, and is on site while it's built.
Meet the family →Built right. Built to last.
A pool is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your home. We treat it that way.
Done right underground
Every plumbing line is pressure tested before the deck goes down. The parts you never see decide how your pool runs for years.
Designed around you
Every pool is custom to your lot and how you actually want to use your backyard. Nothing is copy and paste.
Never left guessing
Straight answers and steady updates from the family, from the first visit to the day you swim.
Trusted across Southwest Florida.
"If you're looking for the best guys to make your backyard amazing with a new pool and spa in SWFL, look no further than Ben and Brant, the father son team at Top Tier Pools. They made the build so easy from beginning to end, and helped us with the design and all the little details. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great fair pricing and excellent work from beginning to end."
"Blaine, Brant, and Ben at Top Tier Pools were outstanding. They answered every question I had and kept me updated through the whole remodel, so I was never left guessing. Being a family owned and operated company, they treated me like family from start to finish. The pool turned out incredible. Highly recommend."
